It's always nice when something you see in your head turns into reality. That's what I was able to make happen this past weekend when I subjected a friend of mine to a session in my garage. I created a very makeshift studio - hanging things from the rafters and with some help from bungee cords was able to realize a vision, The image I saw was an intense, harshly lit portrait with smoke hanging in the air. My friend Britt is already a smoker (please quit girl!!!) and I in no way support the act of smoking but this time it played in my favour.
